Yes my dear friends . If you bought Sony Tipo or other sony mobile and found that you wasted money just becuase the touchscreen is not working smoothly. Then don't feel low. Here are few simple steps that will make your touchscreen as smooth as butter.

2- Then Copy the "TouchFWTools" on your mobile phone via connection either by data cable or bluetooth. After copying, disconnect mobile phone from the computer. (You can also download it directly on your cell phone).
3- Go to Settings of your phone , and in Security section, enable it "Unknown sources" setting to allow phone to install non-market applications. Not a risky application.
4- If you have file manager in your mobile phone, go to the location where you copied it and install the application smoothly . If you do not have any file manager in your mobile phone, first either download and install "File Commander" or simply get "Easy Installer" and using this application, install the "TouchFWTools". Both File Commander and Easy Installer are available at Google Play Store for free. 5- Run "TouchFWTools" and place mobile phone on flat desk. Press "calibration" button. It will take some seconds to finish the process as it normally takes . And important notice- Do not move or pick up the cell phone during this process. When it is done, test your touchscreen.
