HTC going to launch a new Mobile " HTC One Mini" in August, date still not finalized. This might make good competition in the market as its specification tells according to sources it has got Android 4.2.2 Updated version with 1.4 Dual Core Processor (making a stiff competition to Samsung mobiles) . With 4.3 inch Screen it is a budget friendly Phone that will make a competition with with Samsung S4 mini.
